In order to advance slides using a remote control, you need a remote control that supports "mouse emulation." Not all ViewSonic projectors support mouse emulation.
A mouse cable that runs from the computer to the projector is required with projectors that support mouse emulation.
1. Is the USB connected to the projector?
Make sure the USB is connected from the computer to the projector. There needs to be communication between the devices in order for the mouse function to work.
2.Did the drivers install?
- The drivers may not be installed properly, unplug and plug the USB, this should reset the driver If this doesn’t work try the following.
- Start menu > Control Panel > Device Manager > Mice and other pointing devices > Right click > select Update Driver Software > Search automatically for updates driver software. To manually load the drivers download them from the manufactures website or insert disc to load drivers.
