There's a known incompatible issue between Viewsonic Auto Pivot application and Windows 10 Fall Creators Updates V1079 (released on 2017/10/18).
The symptom is usually that auto pivot function worked well under Windows 10 before but suddenly didn't work (after Windows 10 updated to V1079).
The new version of Auto Pivot v1.02 will be able to solve it.
Users will be able to get updated by "Check For Updates" under Auto Pivot application then.
