Issue: 

The viewboard initiates the shutdown process after an hour of not interacting with it.


Instructions:

ECO Mode is enabled on the IFP displays by default. ECO Mode is an energy-saving feature that will shut down the display.


To disable ECO Mode on an IFP display with the original or new UI:

  1. Enter the Android Settings menu (use the Settings button on the unit or press Menu on the remote). if you 

    use the setting button on the unit you will need to click the icon below:

New UI: Browse to the Settings icon from the home screen
 

    2. Then select Other Settings.

 

New UI: Select Preference then go to Startup & shutdown



3. Select On or Off on Eco Mode.



New UI: Toggle the ECO mode on/off switch
