How to get 4k@60hz using a Roku on X10-4KE

Modified on Tue, 11 May, 2021 at 5:12 PM

Issue: Having an issue projecting a signal at 4K@60hz

Solution: Change HDR subsampling from 4:2:0 to 4:2:2, then reboot the Roku stick

In the Roku settings go to the setting below and make the change:

Settings>System>Advance System Settings>Advance Display Settings>HDR Subsampling>4:2:2

NOTE: The settings are from a Roku system and are outside of our control. The settings may change or have a different appearance. In this case you should consider contacting Roku if the settings are not available in your device.
