Information for all Macs using Monterey 



  1. Touch will work on MacOS natively but only supports single point touch without additional software. Touch and drag is available but gestures are not.
  2. To enable gestures and multipoint support, vTouch needs to be installed. The driver extension and Accessibility functions need to be allowed under System Preferences->Security and Privacy.

  1. For best touch accuracy, the IFP should be set as the Main Display or the preferred resolution. Using a different resolution than native will result in non-calibrated points.
  2. If vTouch was installed and then later uninstalled, the Mac’s NVRAM must be reset or cleared. For MacBooks, turn the power on then press and hold CMD-Options-R-P for 20 seconds or until you hear the second chime. This will clear the NVRAM of any USB peripherals that were saved.
