VB-WIFI-001 Wireless Module not working with a ViewSonic ViewSonic Display
Symptom(s)
- WIFI settings will not remain active
- Unable to activate WIFI setting
- Display doesn't detect WIFI module
Certain ViewSonic displays may require their firmware to be updated prior to using with the latest VB-WIFI-001(Dual Band Wireless Module) as the Display may have been manufactured prior to the release of the VB-WIFI-001. In these circumstances the displays operating system will requires an update that includes the VB-WIFI-001 drivers.

ViewSonic Display Firmware Updates
If the firmware of the display is on the latest version and the VB-WIFI-001 is still not recognized, insert the VB-WIFI-001 into another available USB port on the display. If the VB-WIFI-001 is detected on a different USB port, contact ViewSonic Support as the slot-in port may be malfunctioning.
