PowerPoint is not listed as a supported content type when creating a Playlist in Signage Manager

 

Solutions:

Firstly, keep your Windows and Microsoft software up to date, please check for any available updates and install them.

If you want to upload content in ".ppt or .pptx" format, but these are not listed as valid media file types, you may need to take these steps.

First, download the PowerPointChecker.zip attachment and run the pptchecker.exe program to verify the compatibility and the version of PowerPoint.

If there result indicates it is not compatible, please follow the instructions in this article to adjust your computer settings.
