Description/Symptoms:
- The stand is unable to raise
- The stand is unable to lower
- The stand is experiencing issues with both raising and lowering functions

Solution:
- Inspect for any objects obstructing the lift’s path.
- Verify that all cables and cords are securely connected.
- If the lift is equipped with a control box, check for any error codes that may help identify the issue.
- Reset the lifting control box.
- Locate the Down arrow ↓ button on the side of the stand.
- Press and Hold this button for a duration ranging from 10 to 30 seconds.
- Once the stand begins to lower, release the Down button. The stand will lower to the minimum height then raise slightly.
