How to Reset the VB-STND-007/008 Stand

Description/Symptoms:

  • The stand is unable to raise
  • The stand is unable to lower
  • The stand is experiencing issues with both raising and lowering functions

Solution:

  • Inspect for any objects obstructing the lift’s path.
  • Verify that all cables and cords are securely connected.
  • If the lift is equipped with a control box, check for any error codes that may help identify the issue.
  • Reset the lifting control box.
    1. Locate the Down arrow button on the side of the stand. 
    2. Press and Hold this button for a duration ranging from 10 to 30 seconds.
    3. Once the stand begins to lower, release the Down button. The stand will lower to the minimum height then raise slightly.
