Issue:

The display is exhibiting a dual screen as shown below.


Identifying the Panel Code:
Please reference the barcoded label on the rear side of the display to determine the panel code of the display. This model of display has two different panel codes, BE or CT.


TIP:
Connect an external monitor using an HDMI cable to link the monitor to the HDMI OUT port on the IFP2-2ED. The external monitor will then display the content as a single, unified screen.

Instructions:

  1. Using the remote control, press INPUT-9-9-1
  2. When the debug menu appears, navigate to General Settings and highlight ProjectID.
  3. Press right or left on the remote control to set the ProjectID according to the model and panel code.

  4. Restart the display apply model settings.
