Executing a full firmware update constitutes an essential procedure that restores the display to its factory settings and reinstalls the operating system. The necessary instructions and files will be provided by ViewSonic’s technical support following initial troubleshooting and must be flashed on-site via a USB drive. A full backup is recommended prior to performing this step.
