ViewBoard Display is stuck in a boot loop after being updated

After a ViewBoard Display performs an OTA (Over-the-Air) update and it is stuck in a boot loop, cycling between the Viewsonic, perform a manual reflash of the unit.  The firmware file may have been corrupted during the download process. It is recommended that the ViewBoard is connected via Ethernet to ensure a constant connection to your network.




Make a note of the model of your board to download the correct version.  Download the firmware image from the product's page.
