Driver may not been properly installed and we recommend the following steps:
a) Close all the drawing software and uninstall the WoodPad™ driver.
b) Restart the computer and make sure no drawing software is open.
c) Install the latest WoodPad™ driver from the official site.
d) Restart the computer.
