Driver of other brand have not be uninstall which causes this conflict and we recommend the following steps:
a) Uninstall both the drivers of the other brand and WoodPad™.
b) Restart the computer and make sure no drawing software is open.
c) Install the latest WoodPad™ driver from the official site.

d) Restart the computer.
