Description:

If you have an Intel Xe GPU in your PC and you are using an HDMI cable to connect it to a ViewSonic display, you may encounter a problem where the PC recognizes the display but does not show any image. 


Solution:


  1. Download and install the Intel Graphics Command Center application, from Intel or the Microsoft Store
  2. Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
  3. Select Display
  4. Change the Color Format to YCBCR_420
