Description
When connecting a laptop with an Intel Iris Xe GPU to a ViewBoard or other display via HDMI, a "no-signal" message appears on the display. The connected pc detects the display but is unable to display an image.
Reason(s):
This behavior can be caused by the incorrect Color Format setting of the Intel Iris Xe Graphics.
Resolution:
- Download the Intel Driver & Support Assistant utility to ensure all Intel drivers are up to date

- After installation open the Intel Graphics Command Center and go to Display
- Select the display
- Go to the General tab
- Set Color Format to YCbCR_420
