Issue:


When registering a device to your Entity account, myViewBoard Manager reports the device is already registered to another Entity.


Solution:


Before performing the following solution, please confirm that the serial number located in the About Device information of the device matches the serial number shown on the SN label located on the side and/or back of the device.




  1. Go to Settings > App When accessing the App setting the ViewBoard Setting App password will be requested to be entered or set if it has not been previously set up.

  2. Under the All apps listing locate the myViewBoard Manager App
  3. Click on Clear Data


  4. Restart myViewBoard Manager app.  A PIN code will appear on the Manager screen confirming the device has been removed from the previous entity.
