How to solve Signage Manager error “Data Invalid”?

Issue:

Files are not loading correctly when using Signage Manager Express Network Edition.

I am loading the playlist onto a USB but when am loading it onto the player the Eposter is showing an error message “Data Invalid”.

Solution:

• Press the stop button if there is any media playing.
• Press Setup on remote control > scroll to System Control > Playback Mode > select None Encrypted > Back > Exit.
•  Insert USB drive to load files.

Note: The program adds a level of security onto the USB which requires a security setting to be changed on the Eposter allowing only playlist from the software to be loaded.
