Issue:
Files are not loading correctly when using Signage Manager Express Network Edition.
I am loading the playlist onto a USB but when am loading it onto the player the Eposter is showing an error message “Data Invalid”.
Solution:
- Press the stop button if there is any media playing.
- Press Setup on remote control > scroll to System Control > Playback Mode > select None Encrypted > Back > Exit.
- Insert USB drive to load files.
Note: The program adds a level of security onto the USB which requires a security setting to be changed on the Eposter allowing only playlist from the software to be loaded.
