This may occur when you are importing .mpeg2 files. In order to play .mpeg2 files in myViewBoard for Windows, we need to decode the video.
Identify your file:
Right click on the video
Left Click on Properties
Identify your video file format under "Type of file"
Download decode package here and ecode your video file after downloading. You will be able to play that in myViewBoard now.
