Why can't I control the playback speed of my video?

Controlling the playback speed of video files encoded in the MPEG-2 format does not work if the system does not have the proper codec installed.

To fix the issue, download and install the 'MPEG-2 Video Extension' from the Microsoft Store before launching the myViewBoard application.
