As normal IT infrastructure the Viewboard ( vCastReceiver) connected by Ethernet cable and clients ( vCastSender) work on Wi-Fi ( 5GHz) may not stay at same sub net, vCastSender device list will just show the searched devices name that staying at same sub net network with, for those cross sub net board will need to input PIN-code for P2P connection. Please see screenshot description below.
