Symptoms & Troubleshooting Tips: 

  • No Signal
    • Check Connections: Ensure all cables (USB Type-C, HDMI) are securely connected.
    • Correct Port: Verify you’re using the correct USB Type-C port for data transfer, not just power.
    • Input Source: Select the correct input source on the monitor.
    • Cable Quality: Use a high-quality USB 3.1 Type-C or HDMI cable.
    • Device Compatibility: Ensure your device supports video output via the connected port.
    • Restart Devices: Restart both your monitor and the connected device.

  • No Power
    • Power Source: Confirm the monitor is connected to a working power outlet.
    • Power Cable: Check the power cable for any damage and ensure it’s properly connected.
    • Power Button: Press the power button on the monitor to turn it on.
    • External Power: If using a USB Type-C connection, ensure it provides enough power or use an external power source.

  • No Touch (Touch Portable Models Only)
    • Correct Model: Ensure you have a touch-enabled model (e.g., TD1655).
    • Proper Connection: Use a USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable for touch functionality, not just HDMI.
    • Apple Users:  Install vTouch drivers for macOS 
  • Out of Range
    • Resolution Settings: Adjust the resolution settings on your device to match the monitor’s supported resolution.
    • Refresh Rate: Ensure the refresh rate is set within the monitor’s supported range.
    • Graphics Driver: Update your graphics driver to the latest version.
    • Reboot: Restart both the monitor and the connected device to reset the display settings.
