Share Extend Screen not available on vCastSender for Windows

Issue: 

When using vCastSender for Windows the option to Share Extended Screen under the Cast option is not available

Solution:

Please update the system's Windows version.  The feature to Share Extend Screen will only be available on Windows 10 v1709 or higher.
