Viewboard in Safe Mode

Issue:

The ViewBoard boots up with Safe mode displayed at the bottom-left corner of the screen

This message can appear when the Volume Down (#7) button is pressed and held when the Power button (#3) is pressed.

Button position may vary based on model

Solution:

1. Turn OFF ViewBoard with the power switch located by the power cord.
2. Tap on the Volume Down button 2-3 times to ensure the button is not stuck.
3. Turn ON ViewBoard power switch and press the Power button.
