How to Check Your Product Warranty

Checking your ViewSonic product warranty is quick and easy. Just follow the steps below:



Step 1: Find Your Serial Number

Your product’s serial number (S/N) is required to check warranty coverage. You can find it in one of the following locations:

  • On the back or bottom of your product
  • On the original product packaging
  • Typically 10 or 12 digits long


Step 2: Check Your Warranty Status

Once you have your serial number:

  1. Click the ViewSonic Warranty Lookup 
  2. Enter your serial number in the search field
  3. View your warranty coverage details instantly

        


Tips

  • Double-check that your serial number is entered correctly (no spaces)
  • If your product is not recognized, contact support for assistance
