Step 1: Open the Order Lookup Page
Go to the ViewSonic Order Status page:

Step 2: Enter Your Order Information
On the page, enter the following details:
Order Number - Found in your order confirmation email.
Billing Last Name - The last name used during checkout.
Email Address - The email associated with your order.
Step 3: Select “Continue”
