Some users' accounts were created with Google alias email instead of primary email.
Current Solution:
In order to use myViewBoard with your Google Accounts you must follow all the steps below. If you don’t, Google will block your users from using their Google account to sign in to myViewBoard Services including the myviewboard.com website and the myViewBoard App.
Note that you must be a Google Admin and a ViewSonic Entity Admin to perform these steps. Please reach out to your sales rep if you do not have an Entity Account setup.
Enable Google SSO
Go to the Google Admin Console
Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls
Click Manage App Access
Click Configure new app
Copy and Paste the client IDs below
myViewBoard App ID:

ViewSonic Connect App ID:

Sync Users in ViewSonic Entity Console
Go to www.myviewboard.com and sign in (you must be the Entity Owner or an Entity Admin)
Select the ViewSonic Entity Tile
Select Users from the left panel
Select More options → Sync Users from Google Workspace
Allow Sync access to your Google Users and select which Group or OU you wish to sync
