Not all WiFi dongles can be use with IFP7550. Currently only support LB-WIFI-001 and TL-WN725N(TP-LINK).

IFP7550 will crash after I use SureMDM remote page power icon to power off it. How should I do?

ViewBoard Lite cannot import SVG file successfully, how can I do?
It is software limitation, ViewBoard Lite only can import SVG file that created by itself.

After I power off IFP8650, it will auto start when I touch the screen, is it normal?
Please not to select "Shutdown settings" in "Power & sleep" settings.
