IFP52-2 model: OTA updates have been temporarily restricted due to an unexpected alert encountered during the update process. Special APK workaround only will work if Manager is up to date on the IFP
Affirmation:
We understand the impact and are working diligently to resolve the issue. We will have Firmware updates to support the improvements.
- VPC-A31 resolution FW OTA targeted to be released by 8/22.
- IFP52-2 resolution FW OTA targeted to be released by end of September.
