Profile Settings Not Applying

Reported Subject:
On EDLA panels, many profile settings fail to apply, showing “not received/not reported” errors Firmware Update Failures Android 9 to 11 upgrades via Manager fail unless specific OTA settings are configured correctly (Auto FW ON, Schedule OFF)



Affirmation:

We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating it to provide a resolution as soon as possible.
