Windows 11 Compatibility Solution Guide for VPC Models

This guide helps internal teams and customers determine which ViewSonic VPC models are compatible with Windows 11 and what steps are required for upgrade or deployment.


IMPORTANT NOTES:
- TPM may be fTPM and disabled by default
- TPM must be enabled in the BIOS/UEFI on Windows 11 compatible models.


Fully Compatible Models

These models meet CPU, TPM 2.0, and Secure Boot requirements out-of-the-box:



Instructions: 

Install Windows 11 directly using Windows Update or the Windows Creation Tool.



Conditionally Compatible (Older VPC Series)

Requires enabling TPM and Secure Boot in BIOS before upgrade:



Instructions:

  1. Enter BIOS/UEFI by pressing F2, F7, or F11.
  2. Enable fTPM and Secure Boot 
  3. Upgrade using official Windows 11 media.



Not Compatible
Unsupported CPU or no TPM (cannot meet Microsoft requirements):
